Limitless in his approach to advocate for young men, Kevin "Uncle Kev" Gold has established himself as beacon of influence seeking to inspire the minds of young men everywhere. Influential, Empowering, and Determined, he has based his life's goals around his passion to be the voice necessary to break the silence plaguing the young male of color community.
A North Carolina native, Kevin graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pa with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. Upon receiving his degree, Kevin worked as an Educator in Elementary, Middle and High Schools across Philadelphia, instilling educational value and life skills in every student he encountered. He has used his background in Education to teach core life values that applies both in and outside of the classroom. Educator by choice...Uncle Kev by purpose, he's committed to building relationships with youth that will in turn, encourage them to focus not so much on the end results of their situations, but dwelling in and learning from the process that gets them there. He is currently a member of St. James Pentecostal Church of Greater Mt. Zion Pentecostal Churches of America, Inc. where he serves as a Trustee, Co-Chair of the Youth Department and the Choir director.
“Uncle Kev” is the founder of All the Kings Men, a youth empowerment organization that focuses on mentorship, community outreach and scholarship for young men ages 10-18. He has also begun to create The Edenton Project, an organization that adheres to the educational and social needs of the young community back in his hometown of Edenton, NC. He has developed his brand as a Youth Advocate and Motivational Speaker by hosting social media campaigns and serving as a guest speaker in many of the Philadelphia Public and Charter School
